Which type of data can be analysed using the GoSeqIt Tools platform?

You can analyse whole genome sequence data from bacteria. The sequence data must be pre-assembled into draft genomes before uploading it to the platform. The data must be in the form of FASTA files, which are simple text files with the extension .fasta, .fa, .fsa, or .fna. FASTA files are build up from FASTA entries, where each entry consists of a header line beginning with ">" followed by a unique name/identifier and some optional descriptive text.
